What travelers say:
The Central Market of Sofia, opened in 1911, is a New Renaissance style, with new Byzantine and Baroque architectural elements. The first floor of the market sells bread, pastries, nuts and candy, and the upper floor sells clothing, accessories and jewelry. Underground fast food restaurant and some ancient monuments. Imagine that the building with such beautiful arches is actually Sofia's central market? The whole building looks more like an art gallery. In Europe, such a long history and monuments, beautiful lines of architecture, are not all art galleries, art galleries, museums? ...but in Sofia, the door to meet you may just be a vegetable market, a small commodity market, or even a public toilet, these life needs seem to be far from the architectural art, but think again, life itself is not an art? See the world
